How to Consign?
To consign your items with Bella Rosetti’s Home Interiors, all items must be pre-approved.

We welcome quality items that have a timeless sense of style. Furniture, like clothing, can go in and out of style. Out of date furniture can be well constructed and in pristine condition, but if the style does not fit, then we would not be able to handle your merchandise.
Original Purchase Price:
We like to take into consideration the original purchase price of your furniture. This helps us to develop an asking price and to see if it can command an asking price that would make sense for you as the consignor and for us as your agent. Pre-owned furniture and accessories are typically priced at one-third to one-half of what it cost when new, depending on a variety of factors.
Agreement and Policy:
Both Bella Rosetti’s and the consignor will mutually agree upon the selling price for the presented items. Please note it is in our best interest to price the item at a fair market price.
A consignment agreement will be generated when the items are dropped off (or e-mailed if you are not present). The agreement will include the item description, an item number, and a selling price. The consignor receives 40% of the selling price.
All items must be displayed for a minimum of 30 days. Items that have not sold within 120 days will be subject to a (without notice) 20% markdown per month until the item has sold.
After 120 days if the merchandise has not been sold, it is the consignee’s responsibility to make arrangements to contact us for pickup. If prior arrangements have not been made for an extended contract, the merchandise becomes the property of Bella Rosetti’s Home Interiors Inc., therefore the item can be donated.
Consignors will be paid within 30 days of the selling date.
Delivery and Pickup:
Bella Rosetti’s Home Interiors is not responsible for consignment items to be delivered to our store retail location. However, we offer an affordable and professional pick-up service. Rates vary based on location and the number of pieces you want to consign.
Upon the sale of your furniture, we will write you a check. Checks are batched together at the end of each month for the previous month’s sales.
Bella Rosetti’s Home Interiors is not responsible for damages or loss due to fire or theft.
